Hi, my name is Alicia and as a busy mom of three, I am always researching new ways to wake up looking and feeling my best. I found my passion 18 years ago and have practiced esthetics ever since.

I did some additional training in Montreal earning certificates in chemical peels, laser therapies, microdermabrasion and most recently dermaplaning.

Currently I work between Ste. Anne’s spa in Grafton where I specialize in all aesthetics and relaxation therapy treatments, and Whole Health in Brighton where I get to combine my two passions; offering both medical facials and relaxation treatments.

I am looking forward to helping you achieve your ideal skin goals and providing exceptional relaxation treatments that match your needs and lifestyle.

I look forward to meeting you and assisting you on your skincare and wellness journey!

Skin and body care has always been a passion of mine since I started in the industry 10 years ago. I love having the opportunity to use a variety of products, resources, and therapies to assist on someone’s health and wellness journey. In addition, I am always looking for new services, tools, products, or recommendations for improving and enhancing the body, mind, and spirit.

Over my time in the industry, I’ve worked in destination, day spa, and medi spa settings which I believe has worked to help me appreciate the blend of results driven outcomes and relaxation. Facials have always been my favourite, but I’ve grown to love the beauty aspects in other avenues of esthetics.

About me:

It is my goal to provide a safe space for you to continue (or start) your wellness journey. I continue to seek educational opportunities to make my practice Trauma-Informed and inclusive to all who trust me with their care.

I use a combination of relaxation and therapeutic techniques to ease your body towards healing and well-being. I believe that relaxation is just as important as release of “tight muscles” and therefore aim to both calm your nervous system and challenge problem areas to stimulate tissue release and overall healing.

I am trained in relaxation and therapeutic techniques including: Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Pregnancy Massage, Fascial Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Aromatherapy, Cupping Therapy and, most recently, Cranial Sacral Therapy.

I use a variety of assessments and techniques to provide therapeutic massage tailored to the individual needs of my clients and continue to seek out educational opportunities to expand my knowledge-base and better serve you.

I look forward to meeting you and working with you to facilitate your healing!
